I saw someone just East of Mastic Line, around 4, on montauk highway, who pulled someone over using an unmarked black SUV with plates KUH... they were in plain clothes aside from a black tactical vest? No markings on it, and a gun holstered at their waist. The black SUV did have police lights built into it, internally. It was strange enough i questioned as i passed. Didnt get picture, but now that im reading there were others in Shirley AREA sround the same time??
